Shipping Policy

We take the utmost care to ensure your order reaches you safely and securely. All parcels are sent tracked, insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Made to Order – Please Read

All of our products are made to order, which means production times vary. Please refer to the individual product pages for estimated production lead times. Shipping times (typically next day (UK))  apply after the item has been made.

If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend contacting us before purchasing, and we will do our best to accommodate.

UK Shipping

  • Free shipping on all UK orders.

  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) depending on the value of the item.

  • You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

International Shipping

  • EU Shipping: £15 flat rate
Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

Higher-value orders may be shipped via a specialist courier (such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS) to ensure the parcel is covered by a higher level of insurance transit protection.

  • Rest of World: £30  flat rate
Fully insured and tracked. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or a premium courier service, depending on the destination and order value.

  • You will receive full tracking details once your order is on its way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Please note that all international orders (outside the UK) are sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local handling fees.

For US Customers

Following recent updates to US trade regulations (Section 122), the United States has implemented a mandatory 15% Global Import Surcharge on most incoming goods, including jewellery.

  • Total Estimated Fees: US customers should expect to pay approximately 15%–20% of the order value. This includes the new federal surcharge plus standard HTS duty rates.

  • Payment: These fees are not collected at our checkout. Instead, our courier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) will contact you directly via SMS or email once the parcel reaches the US to collect these government-mandated fees before final delivery.

For EU Customers

Since the UK is no longer part of the EU single market, your order will be processed through customs upon arrival in your country.

  • VAT: Local VAT is generally applied at your country's standard rate (typically 19%–25%).

  • Duties & Fees: Depending on the materials used and your local customs office, a small import duty (approx. 0%–4%) and a flat-rate handling fee may also be applied to your shipment.

Refused Shipments

If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the parcel may be abandoned by the courier or returned to us. In these instances, any return shipping costs, storage fees, or non-refundable duties incurred by the brand will be deducted from any refund you may be entitled to.

Please be aware that original shipping fees and any custom-made elements are non-refundable in the event of a package refusal.

See our Return Policy for full details.
